In today’s digital age, the internet offers vast opportunities but also presents significant risks, particularly for women in rural areas. Cyber Sangani is a transformative program by UDGI Foundation designed to empower women aged 16-40 with the knowledge and skills needed to navigate the digital landscape safely and confidently.
The mission of Cyber Sangani is to create a safe and secure digital environment for women. We aim to educate them about cyber threats, online safety practices, and the importance of digital literacy. By fostering awareness and skills, we empower women to leverage technology for personal and professional growth.
Workshops and Training Sessions: We conduct interactive workshops focused on key topics such as identifying cyber threats, protecting personal information, safe online shopping, social media privacy, and more. Our sessions are tailored to meet the specific needs and challenges faced by women in rural communities.
Mentorship and Support: Participants receive ongoing mentorship from experienced trainers and cyber security experts, ensuring they feel supported as they apply their new skills in real-life situations.
Community Outreach: Cyber Sangani extends its reach by organizing awareness campaigns in local communities, engaging families and neighbors to foster a culture of cyber safety and mutual support.
Skill Development: Beyond awareness, we provide resources and training to help women enhance their digital skills, empowering them to use technology effectively in their daily lives and workplaces.
Since its inception, Cyber Sangani has successfully trained over 1500+ women, equipping them with essential cyber safety skills and knowledge. Participants have reported increased confidence in using technology, improved online security practices, and a greater understanding of the digital world.
Join us in making a difference! Whether you want to participate in our training sessions, volunteer as a mentor, or support our outreach initiatives, your involvement can help empower women in our communities.
