We do not parachute in. Every UDGI district chapter is led by a District Coordinator who lives in the community, backed by a State Coordinator and our national programs team. That is how we operate across India with consistency.
District Coordinators → Center Heads → Volunteers → Beneficiaries. Every layer is trained, certified and audited. We track outcomes, not just outputs.
