Refund Policy for UDGI Foundation

1. Donations
Donations made to UDGI Foundation are non-refundable. We are grateful for your contributions, and they are used to further our charitable initiatives. If you have made an error in your donation, please contact us within 7 days, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
2. Event Fees and Program Charges
Fees collected for events or training programs are refundable only under specific circumstances:
- If the event or program is canceled by UDGI Foundation, you are entitled to a full refund.
- If you are unable to attend an event or program and notify us at least 7 days in advance, a partial refund may be provided, subject to our discretion.
3. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 15 working days of receiving your request. Refunds will be made using the original method of payment.
