Process for Offline/Online Donations

1. Online Donation Process:

  • Step 1: Visit the UDGI Foundation’s official website and navigate to the Donation section.

  • Step 2: Select the Donate Now option.

  • Step 3: Enter the amount you wish to donate and choose your preferred payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, etc.) through Razorpay’s secure payment gateway.

  • Step 4: Provide the required information, including your name, email, and contact number.

  • Step 5: Complete the payment by following the prompts of your chosen payment method.

    Once your payment is successful:

    • A payment receipt will be sent to your registered email ID.
    • To avail of 80G tax benefits, kindly reply to the receipt email with a copy of any valid government-issued ID (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, etc.).

    The tax exemption certificate under Section 80G will be sent to your email after verification.


2. Offline Donation Process:

  • Step 1: Contact UDGI Foundation via UDGIFOUNDATION@GMAIL.COM to obtain our bank account details or make arrangements for cash/cheque donations.

  • Step 2: Deposit the donation amount via bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS) or by cheque made payable to UDGI Foundation.

  • Step 3: Once the payment is made, send an email to [email address] with the payment details (Transaction ID, date, cheque number, etc.) and a copy of the payment receipt.

    Additionally, include a copy of your government-issued ID (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, etc.) in the email for 80G tax benefit purposes.

  • Step 4: After verifying the details, the receipt and tax exemption certificate under Section 80G will be sent to your registered email ID.

UPI Donation for UDGI Foundation

Visit the UDGI Foundation Donation Page Access our donation page via the provided link or QR code. Select the UPI Payment Option Choose UPI as your preferred payment method. You will be prompted to enter your UPI ID. Enter the Donation Amount Specify the amount you wish to donate to the UDGI Foundation. Complete the Payment You will receive a payment request in your UPI app. Approve the payment using your UPI PIN. Successful Payment Confirmation Once the payment is successful, a confirmation will appear on your screen. Send Receipt and Government ID for 80G Tax Benefits After the donation, please send the payment receipt to [your email address] along with a scanned copy of one valid government ID (such as Aadhar, PAN card, or passport) to claim your 80G tax benefits. Receive Acknowledgment After verifying the information, we will send you the official donation receipt eligible for 80G tax exemption to your email.
