At UDGI Foundation, we believe that the future belongs to those who are prepared. The Future Skills initiative is designed to equip youth, women, and underserved communities with industry-relevant, technology-driven skills that prepare them for careers in the digital age.

Through a blended learning approach—online, offline, and community-based—Future Skills empowers learners to grow in fields such as:

  • Digital Marketing

  • Data Analytics

  • Cybersecurity

  • AI & Machine Learning

  • Financial Literacy

  • Green Skills

  • Coding & App Development

  • Communication & Career Readiness

This initiative aligns with India’s Digital India, Skill India, and Atmanirbhar Bharat missions, ensuring inclusive growth for all

Why

🔍 The Problem
Millions of Indian youth graduate without job-ready skills. In rural and underserved areas, access to future-relevant skill training is limited. Meanwhile, 85% of jobs by 2030 will require digital and cognitive skills.

The Need
To bridge the gap between education and employment, we must provide future-proof, practical, and inclusive training opportunities.

🎯 Our Aim
To train 1 lakh youth and women by 2030 with 21st-century skills, creating a skilled, self-reliant, and future-ready India.

How It Works

Our approach is simple, scalable, and impact-driven:

1️⃣ Identify & Mobilize

We identify skill gaps in rural, urban, and tribal regions through community surveys and partner networks.

2️⃣ Train & Transform

We deliver bilingual (Hindi-English) training via:

  • Smart Classrooms

  • Mobile Labs

  • Online Portals

  • Community Skill Hubs (via SHGs, CSCs, Schools)

Certified mentors guide learners through hands-on modules and real-life problem-solving.

3️⃣ Assess & Certify

Each learner undergoes continuous assessment. Successful candidates receive Govt./industry-recognized certificates.

4️⃣ Place & Promote

We provide:

  • Internships & job linkages

  • Startup support for digital entrepreneurs

  • Placement in hospitals, MSMEs, startups, govt. projects through our Cyber Sangani, DigiVikas Lab, and Skill Partner Network
