8. Payment & Refund Policy (NON‑REFUNDABLE)
All donations and payments made to UDGI Foundation — whether through website, direct bank transfers, cheques, UPI, or payment gateways — are considered voluntary, non-refundable, and final.
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including:
Duplicate donations
Unintended donations
Program withdrawals
Change of mind
If any technical issue has occurred during the donation (e.g., payment deducted but not credited to us), donors may contact us at info.udgifoundation@gmail.com within 7 days, and we will assist with tracking the transaction through the payment gateway or bank.
