Himanshu Vishnoi serves as the Chief Field Officer of UDGI Foundation, overseeing on-ground operations and coordinating program delivery across Moradabad and nearby rural areas, powered by his rich experience in digital and community services As a former District Coordinator CSC SPV for MeitY CSC Moradabad, he led Village Level Entrepreneurs (VLEs), ensuring efficient rollout of government schemes, digital literacy, telemedicine, and education services at the grassroots Himanshu has an academic background in B.Tech, which provides strong technical grounding for deploying digital solutions across both nonprofit and community platforms. In 2025, he joined NIIT Foundation as a Master Trainer, leveraging his field expertise to mentor trainers, especially in digital literacy and skill-building programs for underserved youth Through his leadership at CSC VLE Society and UDGI, Himanshu bridges technology, community empowerment, and education, driving impactful outreach across Moradabad’s urban and rural populations
