In today’s India, the true wealth of our nation lies in its young population. Yet too many of our youth—especially from rural or marginalised communities—remain under-skilled, under-employed or disconnected from opportunities.
At UDGI Foundation, we believe that through Tayyari Kal Ki (preparing for tomorrow), we can equip young people with the tools, skills and confidence to secure meaningful livelihoods and build a future they are proud of.

Our Mission

Under “Tayyari Kal Ki”, UDGI Foundation works to train, up-skill and place youth (ages ~18-32) in sectors with strong growth potential. We partner with educational institutes, industry, local communities and government systems to deliver up-to-date vocational training, career counselling and placement support.
Our goal: not just jobs, but dignified and sustainable careers.
