Welcome to UDGI Foundation. By accessing our services, platforms, programs, training centres, digital platforms, websites, products, or participating in our initiatives, you agree to the terms and conditions mentioned below. Please read them carefully — transparency keeps everyone on the same page.

1️⃣ Organization Identity

UDGI Foundation is a registered non-profit organisation working towards skills development, digital literacy, livelihoods, women empowerment, rural development, and social welfare across India.

All activities are conducted under legal compliance and organisational policies.

2️⃣ Scope of Services

UDGI Foundation provides (but is not limited to):

• Skill development trainings & certification

• Digital literacy & employability programs

• Livelihood creation & entrepreneurship support

• Women empowerment & MHM awareness

• CSR and government–supported social projects

• Products and services under UDGI Social Enterprises

UDGI reserves the right to update, modify or discontinue any service without prior notice.

3️⃣ Program Enrolment & Participation

• Participation is voluntary and subject to eligibility criteria.

• Learners / members must submit correct information during registration.

• Certificates are issued only upon successful completion of assessment and attendance requirements.

• Misconduct, fraud, or violation of rules may lead to immediate termination from any program.

4️⃣ Payments & Refund Policy (if applicable)

Some trainings, products, or services may involve charges.

• All payments should be made only through authorised channels.

• Fees once paid are non-refundable, except in special cases approved by management.

• UDGI Foundation does not take responsibility for payments made to unauthorised individuals.

5️⃣ Business & Partnership Terms

• All collaborations, franchise centres, distributors, and business partners must sign an official UDGI agreement before starting operations.

• Use of UDGI brand, logo, banners, certificates, or identity is not allowed without written approval.

• Any commercial activity under the name of UDGI without authorisation will be treated as legal violation.

6️⃣ Intellectual Property

All study materials, content, modules, curriculum, designs, branding, and digital platforms belong to UDGI Foundation.
Copying, selling, sharing, or reproducing without permission is strictly prohibited.

7️⃣ Data Privacy

• UDGI collects personal information only for learning and program purposes.

• We do not sell or share user data with third parties without consent, unless required by law.

8️⃣ Product Sales (UDGI Social Enterprises)

For products like m-Swasth Health Plans, livelihood kits, menstrual hygiene products, empowerment kits, etc:

• Sellers must follow pricing, distribution and reporting guidelines.

• Returns or damages are handled as per product-wise policies.

• Misuse of stock or overpricing will lead to cancellation of dealership / distributorship.

9️⃣ Legal Compliance

Participants, employees, partners and distributors are expected to follow:

• Indian laws & government regulations

• UDGI Foundation’s policies and code of conduct

Any dispute will fall under the jurisdiction of (Moradabad / Uttar Pradesh) courts.

UDGI Foundation may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services means you agree to the updated terms.
